A Short Summary Of Hmong

My people as hmong started out in the mountains

But today we drinking out of water fountains

We fought many wars

And knocked down many doors

We were capture and felt many pain

Is this why some of our peoples were going insane

All the praying, crying, and killing

But we still didn’t give up even though we had that feeling

Until our leader GVP brought us to the land of free

Just so that we could have a better life for as long as you can see
