boom!

my world stops

my daddy was gone

not dead

but gone

not happy

but gone

six years

now he’s back

but I’m gone

six years he could never get back

and I’m still gone

I know he was doing it for us

but he was gone

I know he was trying to make it work

but he was gone

six years were gone

and he can’t ever get them back
