Light at the End of the Tunnel We march through this tunnel This dark, everlasting…

Before The Little One
On the first day of preschool Dad had gone to heaven when I was five
Me and mom became fish out of water
Oh we wished he was still alive
Mom was in mourning
I was the shyest in school
It’s like god gave us something without warning
It feels my life was at a dead end
With the bully who sat next to me
But here comes my first friend
My life was just dust
Until I heard the news
Guess who’s sitting next to us
It’s the little one
She became the greatest
I’ve ever received
I feel like God traded
My dad for my little sister to help my family
