CAYLA

CAYLA

She is  nubs

Nubs. The defeat, depression, and anxiety kind of nubs

Nubs. Not only just nubs, but the nail biting nubs.

The “ewl don’t touch me kind of nubs”

The chapter in life we don’t read out loud kind of nubs

Cayla is  Mohegan Idian, Sacatra, African American

“Ohh that lightskin girl with the nice eyes she think shes everything “ kind of Sacatra

The pale skin my soul and flesh  is covered in

She is  an unknown story judged by its presence

A girl, a human, not a color

She is Black

Cayla is  inspiration

The inspiration that allows individuals to replan their future

The athletic kind of inspiration

The inspiration that asks how many doors are really open for the future

She is hungry for success in her talent

Cayla is a child of God searching for answers

“GOD my father.. how does he do it just how? He deserves it all”

She wants to understand

Cayla wishes to hear God, his soft spoken words.

She wants to understand why she goes through things & why it has to be her

Cayla is generosity

She is sensitivity, love. Unexplanatory, and human

She is do and don’t

She is lessons learned and lessons taught

She is life and heaven

I am Cayla
