It is tough to smile

It is tough to pretend to be happy

Thump, Thump Thump, Thump

Aching with heartbreak

No one understands

They want to burst

And cover your face

Wet.

“Just leave me alone!”

Red rises

Fists clench

Nails dig into your skin

It rages out of control

Hands Tied

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1…

Calm.

The cup of emotions

Has been poured out

It may be empty now

But this cup will fill once again with your

Emotions.
