“Let’s go to the store walking”

“Okay sure!”

As we walked I could hear footsteps behind me.

The sound was loud, you could hear the rocks that those boots were stepping on like if he was a pack of cattle running away from its predator.

The sound got louder and I could feel a shadow behind me.

“Bang! Bang!”

“Are you okay?”

“Yes, I’m fine”

Blood running down his body like water runs in a river.

“What’s going on?”

The sound of a gun being drop was heard and with that so did my heart when his body fell on me.

“BROTHER!!!! NOOO!!!!…. Please don’t leave meeeee!”

“I…..I…..lo..v…e….y..o…”

His head fell back and his eyes close shut.

“Are you okay?”

“Yes, I’m fine”

Those were one of the last words and indeed he is fine because there is no better place for an angel but heaven.
