I Love My Little Sister

I Love My Little Sister

By: Tadaisha Adams

The moves she does while dancing

around the house

She’s always flipping and jumping

in the air like a kangaroo

Running and kicking through the halls

and outside bouncing basketballs

Letting her hair loose and chasing after

the goose

She yells “I gotcha when I come back!

And you gon’ experience a minor attack”

When I call her name, she yells “Ma’am

here I come”

And it was only me and now she’s feeling really dumb

She’s the last to be born

and she likes to eat corn

She likes to dance

in her favorite flower pants

She takes a sip of Sprite while sitting

on a stack of books

She’s only ten and her

friend’s name is Ben

She’s my little sister

and she calls her teacher Mister, Mister
