Jackson Is Our Home

Jackson Is Our Home

By Daylyn Isaacs

Jackson is our home

And we’d like to stay

Jackson is our home

Don’t take it away

We’d like to stay

The old walls we touch,

The quiet noises we hear ,

Won’t be the same

Without Jackson’s floors under our heels

We’d like to stay

It’s a great place

Please ignore those rumors

It’s actually more like,

A happy place of humors

We’d like to stay

I’m going to miss this place,

It had its own grand way

All the nice teachers

Having to rest their case

I wish I could stay
