Love hurts.
When you think all is going good
That’s when it begins to fall apart.
Things change after a while,
Not always for the best though.

One person put their all into the relationship,
But it takes two to keep it going.
After a while the person trying to slowly begins to give up.
They’re just done and tired of chasing them over and over.

They did all they could to work things out,
But it just wasn’t ever enough for the other person.
While it lasted they felt as if it was a dream,
But reality soon caught up to them and made it a living nightmare.

Now the person sits and thinks what they did was wrong,
When it wasn’t even their fault.

They were just the victims in a tragic love story,
Whose love just began to fade.
