It was in the last inning it really hit me,
I realized I could win it all.
My dream was here and I had to get it,
So I encouraged my team and kept on going.
When the “ump” said “ball game” I looked up,
My team was there cheering and shouting.
My dream had come true and it was final,
We were crowned the champs of NC.
We moved on to Lexington,
With the best of people.
I would not change it,
Not for nothing!
I also could not have done it without them,
My great friends and team.
Also my parents and family friends,
They encouraged me and helped me very much.
