Someone taught me a very important lesson of friendship

She told me you don’t have to face things alone like a lost puppy
Because I should know I always got her by my side

Whenever I feel lost or alone

She helped me to understand a true friendship
By teaching me this lesson
Even though we had stopped talking with each other
