Poetry is like music flowing
through your
head
and out your mouth,
it’s like a snow
storm on a bad day but it’s also something you feel like

love,hate,sadness
it’s that
water that comes out
your eyes and down your face or it’s that
smile on somebody’s face
but to me poetry
is that pain in my chest
it’s that day with my boyfriend

it’s the life
journey I have it’s all

the drama all the fights
all the hugs and kisses
that’s what poetry is
