Poetry is not just boring

Poetry is a way to

express who you are and how you feel

Poetry is a way to escape reality when nothing is going right

Poetry is not just a way to tell stories, it’s a way to

share life experiences with other people around the world

by doing this you are giving

people different experiences that they will never have

You could give a poor lonely boy in the Skid Row

the sensation of surfing on a wave,

snowboarding down a huge hill, or

jumping out of the plane at 10,000 feet in the air

Or it could be the other way around he could be giving you the feeling

of living in poverty and crime

Poetry is not just boring
