A blank screen Just sitting on the table Waiting to be green Trying but unable…
“The Negro Problem”

A literary response to Langston Hughes poem “Dinner Guest: Me”
There was a darkness in a place.
There is no forgiveness.
Prejudice from the people around
in the way of “The Negro Problem”.
There are many problems
and we can find a solution.
We are all equal.
We all have the same human rights.
That there can be heaven for others
But we need to give up the ways of prejudge.
We should treat others with respect.
We are all equal.
There is a light at the end the “The Human Solution”
