I can feel its bitter cold seep into my bones.
Chilling me from my head to my soul.
Jotting me awake.
She cries on me
This is where I make my stand.
Where I make a difference for my people.
My Mountain, My Mauna
I protect.
My ancestors never destroyed one thing that would make another prosper.
