We see everything so bright,
It looks as strong as our might,
We the Hmong, white,
Hispanic, blacks, and other races,
We end one as a community,
From the start of Lisbon,
To the end of Appleton,
We see beauty in everything,
The Hmong people are strong,
We went through hard and weak,
It was dark as we seek,
Looking like monkeys as we fled,
From a place we once called home,
In Milwaukee we feel secure and refresh,
To the legislatures of Wisconsin,
To the schools who support the kids,
Schools like, HAPA, Atlas, and many more,
As you drive the streets of Capitol Drive,
You can feel the pain of the homeless,
To be inspire from what you see,
It just can not be,
We the Hmong people can stand up,
Change the community,
Save the economy,
And like those idea for eternity,
As the shamans do name calling and use their instruments,
The Christians goes to church,
No matter what we believe in,
We are still Hmong,
So as a community,
Lets all smile,
Pick up the keys to open,
Open the door for everyone to see,
Our beautiful home,
Known as Milwaukee
